As our Owner and Operator, Brett personally sees to every inspection. He’s been in the building and construction industry for over 25 years in Perth and the Sunshine Coast.
Known for his professionalism and timely service, Brett is meticulous in his approach. Having completed more than 15,000 inspections, he understands not only how homes are built, but how they should be built. That means he can quickly identify issues others might miss.

What type of inspections do you offer?
We provide Pre-Purchase Building, Pre-sale (Auction) Building, Handover (Practical completion) Building inspections, and Pest Inspections. You can get a building inspection or a pest inspection, separately, but most often people combine the two for a more complete picture. This is our recommendation as well.
Are you affiliated with any real estate agencies?
No. Although we do liaise with real estate agents and solicitors, we’re totally independent and work for you.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service the North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions. If you’re outside these areas, contact us anyway and we’ll discuss travelling farther to meet your needs.
How much do inspections cost?
Inspection prices differ slightly depending on the age and size of the property. We can tell you we’re known for being affordable. We’ll discuss pricing with you when you enquire. You’ll know exactly how much you’ll be paying before we step foot inside the home.
